EZ loyalty was born from a clear gap in the market. Loyalty platforms were everywhere… but most were designed to drive transactions, not meaningful engagement. We saw a huge opportunity to do things differently.
Starting in the sports and fitness world, we built a platform that helped gym brands supercharge engagement, reduce churn, and keep members coming back. It worked. So well, in fact, that we were approached by organisations in other sectors, all looking for smarter ways to increase engagement and add real value for their customers.
Today, EZ Loyalty is a fast-growing global tech company headquartered in the UK with offices in Europe and the US, transforming how businesses build loyalty and drive customer behaviour. My journey with this business started after using a loyalty and rewards platform myself and realising it didn’t add any real value. It felt impersonal, clunky, and totally disconnected from what I actually cared about as a customer.
Ever since, I’ve been on a mission to change that.
What makes me proudest isn’t just the product we’ve built, it’s the incredible team behind it, and the amazing brands we’re lucky to work with. Our clients genuinely care about their customers, and when that’s the starting point, we’re completely aligned.
